1. Regularly check all fasteners, adjusting screws, and other components for wear or damage.
2. Clean and lubricate cutting tools.
3. Clean, inspect and lubricate all bearings, spindles, gears and motors.
4. Perform regular alignment and calibration tests.
5. Inspect all wiring and cabling.
6. Replace worn out parts and accessories.
7. Check all safety features for proper operation.
8. Verify that all emergency stop devices are working correctly.
9. Inspect and replace coolant and hydraulic systems as needed.
10. Run test programs to detect any issues with the machine.
